Conditions of Booking

There are only 10 people per tour but can be expanded under certain circumstances and at the discretion of the tour guide. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide cameras,Lenses & equipment for the tour.

The tour company is not held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment.

This is a walking outdoor event & customers are expected to provide suitable clothing & footwear & be in good health for this purpose.

No one under 16 years of age will be allowed to book a tour, any one under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times through the tour.

The tour party must at all times follow the guides instructions whilst touring

York Photography Tours Uk takes every effort seriously to the well being of customers safety, the tour operator will not be held responsible for any injury caused, outside its control, whilst on the tour.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their tour up to 7 days prior to their tour date, for a full refund or a 1 time reschedule appointment. After which a rescheduled appointments will incur a surcharge of £10 

Up to 3 days before their tour date the customer will have the right to reschedule once, after which further scheduling will incur a £10 surcharge

Any customers wishing to cancel after these days will be charged £15 to reschedule another tour or forfeit the refund.

any customers canceling on the day of their tour or fails to turn up will  forfeit any refunds, only under certain circumstances will this be made an exemption and the tour operators decision will be final.
